How fired was Frank for leaving Joe in charge at the telegraph office?!

Ha, poor Frank! Didn’t you love the conversation he and Joe have about how Frank is “tricking out” his buggy? Just two guys talking about their wheels.

I LOVE that scene!!

I also love that Joe knows Morse code in this episode...which never comes up before or after rotfl

This episode has so many funny moments! Ben and Adam have small parts; Ben has steam coming out his ears, and Adam's expressions are hilarious, but Joe and Hoss together always make for good comedy.

Joe can talk Hoss into ANYTHING, can't he? I think sometimes Hoss goes along because he knows it's stupid but it will be a wild ride!

I thought the 'negotiations' for the mules was pure Joe. It was priceless when Adam innocently (NOT!) pointed out the elephant in the room, er mules in the yard. rotfl

Yeah, he didn't even get to use these special skills in Joe Cartwright, Detective.
