We have reached out to our IT to inquire about the missing 'Undo" icon in the row options above.

Also realized the Cancel button next to the Submit Reply is missing. Have reached out to IT to restore.

I don't remember a preview button, except in the Library.

But I'm not seeing a "Cancel" button next to "Submit Reply".

The undo feature is no longer part of this update.

Alternate ways to handle this:

On desktop you can right click undo (ctrl click undo on mac) and do it several times.

There is probably touch screen behaviour on phones as well.

When editing a post, the cancel button is there but when creating / replying to a post the cancel is not there.

To 'Cancel" users can refresh the page to have the same effect.

There used to be, but I don't see it now.
