Upgrade

You've heard us talking about the mandatory forum upgrade coming November 1.  Well, we're here and we want to let you know that we do not intend to install it today.  Rather, we are going to monitor the vendor's community forum to see the comments from other users as to any issues. 

 

We are crossing our fingers that we will sail through the upgrade since we have been diligent about making sure all of our plugins are compliant with PHP8 ... but in an abundance of caution we plan to wait til mid-month to proceed with the upgrade.

It is amazing how a vendor will release updates with the idea that the users will find all the bugs! Wait as long as you can!

We've received official notification that the upgrade is available.   We're thankful for all the HARD work by our Tech Guru in preparing for this transition.  

 

We also have a new update to the Library.  We'll hold off on installing that update, too.
