Posting a story to the library

How does one go about posting a story in the fanfic library? It's been many years since I submitted any (2002!) and recently I've been cleaning up some stories to post. I have one finished but can't figure out how to post.

I just reset my password and signed in- I'm somewhat confused. 

I think the last time I posted was sometime in the 2000s.

When I saw in your hello message that you were a writer, I let you know about the Library rule regarding being a member of the Forums.  Here is the info I shared:

 

Hello, Shaylee!   Welcome to Brand.   

 

There's a requirement here that new authors to the library reach 100 posts in the forums before they can post a story in the library.  The reason for this is that we know authors like to receive comments on their stories and we've found that the best way to do that is for us to get to know them.

 

It's not hard to reach 100 posts, especially if you like to do puzzles or play in the Casino, or post in any of the forums on any subject.  You can always start your own thread in any subforum.

 

You may want to check out our 2021 writing calendar (link on announcemment board) as see what's coming up.  Our most popular writing challenge is the Ponderosa Paddlewheel Poker Tournament coming this summer.  

 

In the Virginia City Literary Society Forum you can immediately begin participating in the Pinecone Challenge which is a semi-monthly challenge to write to a prompt. Those stories are posted in the challenge thread and are not subject to a post count.

It's super easy for me to get confused because I actually wrote them (originally) in 2004 or 2005 or something. I never really remember when I posted to where sometimes .

Sorry I’ve been offline due to real life issues involving my family.

 

If you are currently an author in the Library, which author name were your stories posted under?  Would you prefer to keep your stories under your original author name or via your current name?

 

Once I know this, I can give you access to the instructions on how to upload stories into this Library.

 

If you do not currently have any stories in the BonanzaBrand Library, you would need to follow the protocol for new authors as referenced above.
