Email alerts for comments on stories

I don't know if it's just me, but I'm not receiving emails when comments are posted under my stories. I know there's been an issue with this in the past, but I can't recall if it was fixed or not. Is it just me?

Nope, SG. me too. I have to check the posts pretty often. And even then some comments have slipped by me. 

 

Any solutions yet?

There is a broken link in the ‘code index’ and due to Covid, we are unable to meet with the computer techs to resolve. 
 

As soon as this issue is fixed, we will post for all to know.

Great news. I received an email notification about a comment to one of my stories. BluewindFarm thinks they found the solution. Hope everyone else starts receiving some notifications soon.

You're welcome . . . it took a lot of troubleshooting and trial and error to get the result we wanted.

I regret to say that I am not receiving email notifications on story comments. There have been two in the last two days and not emails. Both have been by Sierras (she's doing a great job of reading, by the way). 

 

Anyone else noticing this issue is back?

oops, that was me. 🥴. I made a change in what I thought would only affect the Brandsters receiving notifications. We were receiving emails for every comment.  I guess it was a global setting. I turned that feature back on and turned a different one off.

Whew. No problem. I'm glad it's fixed now.
