Thank you all for the good wishes, the lovely pictures and wonderful artwork.

 

suffering from a horrible cough, but we braved the stormy weather yesterday to take the dogs to the sea at Lynmouth. Had coffee overlooking the whipped up waves, then onto lunch in Dunster, a medieval town with a great castle and grounds. Couldn’t walk round the top part of the castle because the paths were closed owing to the high winds, but the dogs enjoyed a run around in the lower parkland. Probably as well because any exertion at the moment means I’m wheezing and struggling for breath.  Would really like to shake off this bug!  Managed mostly to stay dry, so a good day.
