Possibly a long shot … but, can anyone think of an episode where they got a good shot of Hop Sing’s bedroom door? (Thinking of a pic for if I lengthen and post my Pinecone…)

For the next seven days (from October 25 through October 31, let's share our favorite Joe moments when he's: laughing crying kissing fighting biting his lip rolling his eyes bleeding/hurt receiving comfort or giving it to another Post a screencap and tell us why that moment has become a favorite.

We all have our favorite lines and or scenes. Either by one of the Cartwrights, their neighbors, their friends, the villains. Which one is yours? Mine is from Prime Of Life: The very last line when Barney says "Welcome home, Ben." When Adam, Hoss, and Joe failed to get their pa out off his backside and to stop blaming himself for the death of his foreman, Barney knew how to get Ben back on his feet and motivated, again. I don't know how many of you picked up on this, but Ben Cartwright and Barney Fuller are, in a way, friends. You can sense and see it in the opening scene, when they greet each other. You can hear and see t…

Tomorrow I plan on binge watching season 1 episodes 1-5. Haven't been able to watch them at all this week. With the exception of the westerns, on MeTV, there's nothing good on any of the six channels that we get. Today, it's Enter Mark Twain.

In the episode Thanks for Everything Friend I always thought it was peculiar how Adam wrapped himself in the blanket while waiting for his clothes to dry after Tom rescued him from drowning in the river. Normally he was not reluctant to be bare chested and often was. Any thoughts?

I'm trying to find a particular episode, so hopefully someone can identify its title. It's where Little Joe's friend comes to the Ponderosa, and the friend persuades Little Joe into joining him. So Little Joe leaves the Ponderosa. Can anyone identify the title for me?

You're talking with a relative newbie to the world of Bonanza. What episodes would you recommend they see for them to understand the show, the characters, and the family dynamic both internal (within the family) and external (with the townsfolk)? Answers needed by midnight PST December 3.

We've seen a noose around Ben's and Adam's neck, but I don't remember any episodes where a noose was placed around Hoss' and Joe's necks. I know they were a couple episodes where they were charged with murder, but I don't remember a noose being put on them. In The Gamble, Joe prevented his pa and brothers from being wrongfully hung, but no noose was placed around their necks.

There are times when I wonder if Lorne, Pernell, Dan, and Mike actually fell asleep whenever Ben, Adam, Hoss, or Joe was supposed to be unconscious or sleeping. Especially when they had to show up for early morning or late night shoots.

Every time I watch The Toy Soldier, I get to wondering if Dan and Mike actually did drop Pernell in the trough. It would've been too tempting for them not try. And we all know that hijinks do occur when filming a movie or TV show.
