Per the Guidelines, access to the R-Rated forums requires a member be at least 18 years of age and have a minimum of 50 posts in the Forums. During our review of the permission settings in the Forums, we found some members were granted access to the R-Forums, in conflict with the rules established by the previous Brandsters. As the current Brandsters, we chose to retain the same requirement for accessing the R-Forums, and have reset the permissions of those members who were out of compliance, accordingly. After the recent update/upgrade, if members find themselves logged out of the Forums, the system will require the registered email address instead of a username when logging in. The Login screen will remind members of this.

We have recently learned that we have a choice in the location of the navigation icons. The bottom of the screen (default) or the top. This poll will remain open until Saturday, December 13, 2025 11:59 pm (EST).

We hope everyone can now relax and enjoy their daily dose of the Bonanza Brand Forums. Please note, the update performed earlier this week was necessary to help ensure a smoother transition for upcoming Upgrade that we've been advised should happen yet this month. (Keep your 🤞.) If a member chose "Keep Me Logged In" they may not see any difference for the time being when it comes to logging into the Forums. However, please note that if you do get logged off, and your "Username" and password combination does not work, please use the e:mail address you registered with and your password. This we know will happen.

One of the first things noticed when accessing BonanzaBrand via a mobile device was the offering of a mobile app. Please note, there isn't a BonanzaBrand app in the App Store or Google Play; however, what the new version of Invision Community offers is adding an icon on a mobile device home screen so members can easily access Brand without having to open a Web browser. Consider it a little time saver to get your daily dose of BonanzaBrand. Anyone can do use this feature on any website that they regularly view on a mobile device.

With the latest update/upgrade to the Forums, the Brandsters now have the ability to increase the number of New Topics and Latest Posts visible, as well as display a 7-day view of the Calendar. In the past, the activity in the Forums was so fast and furious that the previous limit wasn't enough. Members can go to the Unread Contest Icon (looks like a sheet of paper to the right of the flag icon) to view Activity OR Click More then Activity -> All Activity

To mark ALL FORUMS read, Click on Name in upper right-hand corner. Click "Mark all content as read" from the drop-down box. To Mark Individual Forums as Read: Click into any Forum, then click "Mark Forum as Read" in the gray bar.

With the recent update to the Forums, the Calendar feature has returned. Over the coming weeks and months, we will be working to populate the actor's birthdates and the episode first aired dates. The Brandsters have been advised, by the developer, that there is a MAJOR upgrade coming to the Forums later this year. There is the possibility that the Brand Forums will need to be off-line for possibly a day during the installation. Once we know the timing, the title of this thread will be updated. NOTE: The BonanzaBrand Fanfiction Library is not affected by this upgrade since it is a different program. Houston, we have a problem! Or rather, Bonanza Brand, we have a problem. But it’s a good kind of a problem. The authors at Brand have come through in Spades this year by submitting stories using their own ideas, episode-inspired, or responses to challenges. Kudos! But now we’re trying to figure out how to best address this incredible influx of stories and still follow the Bonanza Brand Guidelines. At issue are the minimum of seven days between stories and no more than three stories on the first page per author.
