Did you know that you can get four cups of tea from one tea bag? You can and you don't lose the flavor or strength. I found this out by accident a few weeks ago. I usually used one tea bag to make two cups of tea. (I LOVE tea) I have a set of three measuring cups. 1 cup, 2 cup, and four cup. I was distracted by something and grapped the four cup measuring cup instead of the two cup. I had placed the tea bag inside it, started pouring the boiling water in it, and realized that it was the 4 cup. I just filled it up, covered it, and let set. I was surprised that there was no loss of flavor or strength. I have a variety of teas. Black teas, green teas, and herbal teas.

I would have to leave out the paprika as hubby can't have spicy foods. I would use my hands to mix the meat and spices instead of a rubber spatula/scraper. https://youtu.be/K0bzKoA9Sq4?si=AC9lq35WEiw_CMoL

I know you're wondering what I'm talking about. It's those few drops left in that empty bottle of dish soap, shampoo, body wash, etc. Those really do add up and here's how. Instead of throwing those empty bottles out, put them under the sink instead of throwing them out. When the next bottle is 'empty', and you've just purchased another bottle, use a funnel to drain those few drops into the bottle you put under the sink. After a while, you'll see just how much much you've been throwing away.

Here's something that ACTUALLY works at opening jars. Instead of asking someone to help you open a stubborn jar of sauce, pickles, etc, give this a try. This method really does work. I suggest using a screwdriver that you don't risk ruining any of your kitchen knives or other kitchen utensils.

Anyone have a good mac and cheese recipe? Something like mom used to make? I've tried different recipes, but they don't come out as cheesy as mom's and grandma's mac and cheese.

How many of you have heard of depression cake? I didn't know about it. It doesn't require any dairy products or eggs. The recipe includes a recipe for a glaze frosting. You can use that, your own frosting recipe, or canned frosting. https://www.yahoo.com/lifestyle/tried-depression-cake-vintage-recipe-185730129.html (I couldn't find a decent pic of the depression cake)

Fixed this recipe for meatloaf for supper. It was good, but it calls for more BBQ sauce than I normally use in my meatloaf. Gave me and hubby heartburn. Next time I'm using less BBQ sauce. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=WcUnnGrumNA

I Just found this recipe for McDonald's secret sauce. I don't know if it tastes the same as McD's and I may or may not make it. There's probably more recipes out there for the secret sauce, but this is the only that I came across. https://www.dailydot.com/news/4-ingredient-secret-sauce/?amp

What are the advantages of an air fryer? What are the disadvantages? I'm going to price them at Walmart as I've been thinking of getting one. I've also been thinking about getting an instant pot.

I would love to make some of these, unfortunately there are no English subtitles or a link for written instructions. If any of you fellow crocheters figure out how to make it, please share the instructions for the rest of us. Thank you. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=KvqtJ3m33ew
