The Forums, the Gallery, and the Library are different systems and each requires separate registration. In August, 2020, Brand realized that the Gallery was viewable by anyone, not just Brand members. The settings were changed so that only members registered in the Gallery could view the images. With this change, Forum members who previously were able to access the Gallery may find they cannot. 1: Registration is required to upload and comment on images. There are plenty of emojis and emoticons for Members to use to enhance their posts. All emojis / emoticons are preceded and followed by a colon to activate. The after typing the colon and a couple of letters, the system will display choices to choose from. Select the image you wish to add. Bonanza Related More will be added as I get a few minutes of free time.

Just curious on this one... it used to be that I could access my dashboard from my phone, but for the last month or so that's no longer been possible. I'm curious if I need to log in again, or something like that? And - blush! - the problem therein is that I can't remember what my library password and login are. Oh the joys of getting old... Hi, when I log on there aren't any notifications for me, indicated by the number beside the bell. However, when I look at 'View New Content' and scroll down to threads that I've commented in, there are comments on my posts that are not visible to me unless I look (if that makes sense). I've checked the 'notifications settings' and all are set correctly for me to receive them beside the bell, but I'm not seeing them, unless someone actually comments on my post 'live'. Thanks.

I tried to post a photo to accompany a post this morning, but received the message that I had reached my limit of attachments. If I go back through old posts, can I delete the old ones that have images in order to give myself space again?

I hit a 503 error when trying to read a post in the "Challenges" section, and again when trying to access the original post about the 503 error in Ben's Boardroom. Just letting you know.

Is anyone else getting a 503 error if you click on Ben's Boardroom? All the other character rooms work just fine? I've tried several times tonight and still no-go. Update: It is working now - Guess Ben needed a bit of time off.

Hey, I was wondering how to change the cover photo on my profile. It will let me change the profile picture but not the cover photo. I used to be able to do it, but now it's not showing up on my profile to change it. Thanks.

For those who received a Critical Error Message when visiting the Bonanza Brand Fanfiction Library, the issue has been resolved. We updated the reCapcha plug-in and evidently it is no longer compatible with the version of WordPress we are running. Sorry for the scare, believe me Cheaux and I were PANICKED! Good new! The Brand Library is back on line! Refresh your browser to gain access.

I've been having issues with the desktop version of the website. I can't post anything or message anyone as the text box is practically non-existent. I use Safari on my Mac computer but Google Chrome on my phone works just fine. Anyone have any suggestions?

I'm posting this here to show the message I get when I try to post pictures in PMs. This was created when trying to PASTE a photo in the PM. I also get this when I try to upload a photo but it only gives me the option to use a URL.

I've been looking through the alphabetical listing and clicked on All Lynching Aside by PSW. I got a message saying that I'm not allowed to edit it. I was able to bring up the story by going to Episode Inspired. I don't know if anyone else has/had the same problem, but I wanted to make you aware of it.

I got a review on a story and the reader said I should have indicated that the story was Alternate Universe. When I posted the story, I did check that box. However in looking at the story posting both on a computer and an ipad, I don't see that info anywhere. That is something I never realized until today. When I read a story I almost never look at tags. I read the summary and decide if I want to give it a try. Should we list those other labels like that in the tags then so they would show in a posted story?

Copyright questions are in the air! As many members know, there has recently been a lot of discussion about copyright here at the Brand. (I tried to post a link to that thread, but I couldn't do it because I didn't have permission--a common theme in copyright world, if slightly ironic in this context. Whatever. I just noticed that all pictures I posted to illustrate my stories in the library are cropped. Which is very unfortunate as very often the heads of the pictured people were severed off. I already tried to scale down a picture, but failed at it as it had no impact to the illustration. Does anyone know how to fix that? I don't really like the look of it now but also am not too keen on simply deleting them all. But, really, no picture would be better than one with headless Cartwrights on it.

How does one post a pic from their iphone onto a forum thread discussion ? I did that and the mod said the pic was not visible. Oddly, I could see it but apparenly no one else. Please help. Thanks Debbiejo

Earlier today it was brought to our attention that members in the Forums were seeing a username other than their own in the upper right hand corner. We contacted both the Forum Provider and our Server Host regarding this problem, as soon as we were notified. However, it now appears to be cascading across the entire Forum membership. Until this is resolved, before beginning a new thread or replying to one to make sure it is you by looking at the upper right hand corner (for new threads) or the avatar (when replying). If it is not you, please do not continue. We will advise as soon as we know anything.

Maybe it's a stupid question, but I always wondered. We have several rooms about the characters or the actors. The thing is I never know if I can start a topic in, as example the room about Lorne Greene, because I am not sure it is allowed without permission of the host. I know I can do it in the casino or the library forum, but I allways have the feeling that the rooms about actors and characters are more private, because you just see posts from the hosts. Maybe it's just my imagination or maybe there are more people who thought like me and would like to post there too and aren't sure Thank you
